In its deepest truth, the Lions Gate is the celebration of the heliacal rising of the star Sirius, as it aligns with the Dream Stella between the paws of the Sphinx in Giza.
Sirius has just completed her 70 day journey though the underworld, and is now reborn as a star of the morning.
Sirius has been revered since Ancient Times, especially in Egypt (a post Atlantean civilization). In Egyptian Cosmology, Sirius is connected to the Goddess Sopdet (Sothis) or Auset (Isis), and the heliacal rising of Sirius marked the season of inundation/flooding of the Nile & the Egyptian New Year.
While a planet or star is invisible (under the Earth), its power isn’t as strong. When it becomes visible again, its power & influence increases. 🌟
Astrologically, Sirius sits at 14° Cancer.
Wherever you find 14° Cancer in your chart, this is where there is a flood of light now flooding back into your life, and a sacred new beginning has commenced – similar to the flooding of the Nile & the Egyptian New Year.
Here on Maui, on 8/8 we also honor the 3 year Anniversary of the Lahaina wildfires on 8/8/23.
To me the fact that the fires occurred on 8/8 (connected to Egypt & Atlantis) on the ancient LeMŪrian lands of the Hawaiian Islands, speaks to the larger collective prayer for the healing of Atlantis & Lemuria.
The story of the rift between Atlantis & Lemuria marks on of the most ancient rifts in human consciousness, and the first pronounced expression of duality: good & evil, light & dark, sound & silence.
The islands of Hawai’i and Egypt sit on opposite sides of the Nilotic Meridian, or the Golden Meridian, a longitudinal line that aligns with many ley lines and sacred sites.
On this day there is a reweaving of these opposing energies within our hearts.
On this day we honor the duality of this reality – the rebirth of Sirius and all our hopes & prayers for an abundant, brilliant life, and the transformation of the souls of those who left this world all too swiftly 3 years ago.
We also anchor the prayer that Lahaina and Moku’ula (the Sacred Site & Piko, epicenter, of the Hawaiian Kingdom) be restored in a good way.
For as we celebrate the return of the brilliance of Sirius – we also remember that she does not travel alone…
There are in fact two stars of Sirius that have risen above the horizon…
Both sisters reside in the Family of Ra (the Sun), Sirius B is the Brilliant One… and Sirius A is the Invisible One.
🌟 Sirius B is famous as Isis/Auset, Mother of Horus/Heru, She of A Thousand Names
🖤 Sirius A is known as Nephthys or Nebt-Het, and she is the sister of Isis/Auset.
Where Auset, Sirius B is Light – Nebt-Het, Sirius A is Darkness.
Where Auset, Sirius B is growth & generation – Nebt-Het, Sirius A is death & decay.
Where Auset, Sirius B is Sound – Nebt-Het, Sirius A is Silence.
On this day, take a moment to honor both of these aspects within yourself within your cells, and all the places where duality continues to teach us how to open our hearts wider – Atlantis/Lemuria, Sound/Silence, Light/Dark.
Honor your Light, and honor your Darkness, for we remember that both are required for us to see the stars that we are.
Also… I’m just now seeing the connection between Sirius/Isis and Kihawahine (the Mo’o Dragon goddess of Hawai’i)…
On the day the collective has decided to honor Sirius/Isis with the 8/8 Lions Gate portal, Moku’ula (the Sacred Site & Piko, epicenter, of the Hawaiian Kingdom) – which was also the seat of Kihawahine – which had been desecrated by being turned into a Baseball field – was burned down…
And now through community efforts, Moku’ula is being restored.
There’s something happening about the relationship between Sirius/Isis & Kihawahine that is also part of our collective healing of the rift between Atlantis & Lemuria…

On this day, as we tune into the connection between Light & Dark, Sound & Silence, I’m reminded of our journey inside the Shamanic Star Sound Training, where we don’t actually start with Sound. We start with Silence.

Leaning into the Silence.
Feeling through the darkness with my heart.
Tuning into the collective field of everyone who is laying on the floor (whether they are at home or in front of me), and listening-feeling for the sound of the next instrument.
Often it comes to me as an etheric Sound, meaning, I actually hear the sound of the next instrument I am to play inside my head first.
But in order to do this, for the transmission to be really pure and accurate, I have to first enter the silence.
