The biggest take away that I've learned from Rising Lemuria was that 'It is safe.' That means everything to me. It's shifted me to the place where I can now have embodiment of the energies, experiences and memories I have. This has brought me a greater appreciation for the quality of my soul. I've been able to form a more cohesive consciousness with all the discoveries through all the weeks that has become the focus of my days. I'm in it! I still have a lot to discover, and it's awesome! The energetic hygiene is extremely important for me. It's what has allowed me to embody and hold the frequencies in the day to day.
