This is our first real experience of the pure magic a Taurs New Moon can bring, since 2017.
This New Moon is a profound fresh start around our relationship to self-worth, beauty, abundance, and the stories we tell ourselves about what we deserve. After 8 years of Uranus shaking up everything Taurus holds sacred, the soil is finally calm, dark, rich, and ready. This is truly a new beginning.
Uranus first moved into Taurus in 2018, just days after the Taurus New Moon, so we really haven’t experienced a proper Taurus New Moon (deep, rich, fertile, and full of the potential for sustainable growth) since April 2017!
This New Moon is our first real exhale from all the quaking & shaking of Uranus, and our first real opportunity to plant some powerful intentions in this soil that’s been tilled, stirred, and double-dug since 2018.
Now the soil is dark, rich, and ready for planting.

Ruled by Venus, Taurus in its quintessence is all about VALUES. What we value. How we value ourselves. And whether we truly believe we are worthy of the beauty and abundance we long for.
In its healed expression, Taurus is calm, centered, sensual, patient, grounded, practical, hard-working, and deeply nourishing. She tends the garden with devotion and receives its fruits with open, unhurried hands.
In its unhealed expression, Taurus can be stubborn, resistant to change, overly attached, possessive, and scarcity-minded. Here the bull digs its hooves into the ground and will not move.
This New Moon seeds a fresh cycle that reaches its fullness at the Taurus Full Moon in November 2026. We’ve been cleaning up and closing a chapter that came to its fullness back then.Â

ASPECTS TO THE TAURUS NEW MOON
 The New Moon occurs at 25° Taurus and will be engaged in the following aspects:
- Conjunct Mercury at 28° Taurus: This is a powerful New Moon for resetting the stories you tell yourself. Mercury in Taurus can be stubborn, digging its heels into old beliefs around scarcity and not-enoughness. That same groundedness means that what you intentionally plant in your mind right now has real staying power. Change your stories, change your mind, change your reality. Your words are your wand. Just like Abracadabra translates to: as I speak, so it shall be, this New Moon gives us all a fresh start to reset our minds, our thoughts, and the way we speak about ourselves.
- Sextiled by Jupiter at 21° Cancer: Jupiter is the Great Benefic, and in Cancer his gifts arrive as nourishment: a sense of being held, safe enough to dream big. This is the benevolent mother energy of this new moon, pouring expansive grace into every intention you plant. Ground your seeds in your body. Let yourself be supported. The intentions you set in the deep, rich, fertile soil of this new moon have the potential to expand your life & your prosperity in big ways. Say out loud what you really want!
Together, these two aspects create one of the most beautifully supported New Moons we’ve had in a long time. The ashes of the Scorpio Full Moon two weeks ago have enriched this soil even further.
The most important question you can ask yourself for this New Moon: Are you willing to name what you really want? Venus does not apologize for her beauty. You are made of the same cosmic stardust as she is. Own it my darling.

This New Moon is happening in the 8th Gate, which sits in the Throat Center in Human Design. Fitting, because Taurus is deeply connected to the throat and to sound. Everything this new moon is asking of us: resetting our stories, speaking our intentions, allowing ourselves to be seen, is amplified here.
In the Gene Keys, Gate 8 is called the Diamond of the Self, moving from the shadow of Mediocrity to the gift of Style to the siddhi of Exquisiteness. In the shadow, we dim our light, blend in, maintain the status quo. Many of us carry old fear from lifetimes where being different or magical had consequences. But we are in a different paradigm now, and the most fertile Taurus soil in nine years is asking us to unleash our diamond light.
