The evolution of Shamanic Star Sound

In 2018 I began teaching this material as an all-levels 8-week online course. Between 2018 & 2020 I taught it eight times, & something kept deepening with every cohort that moved through it.

Then in 2021, by request of the community, Shamanic Star Sound became a full 9-month Certification program with live classes, Sound labs, homework & accountability partners. Four cohorts moved through it between 2021 & 2024. Nearly 300 students in total.

I watched Sound change people’s lives in ways I could not have predicted. Students who arrived barely knowing how to hold a mallet walked out leading ceremonies for rooms full of people. Healers who had never trusted their intuition found it waiting for them inside the Silence. People who thought they were simply Sound curious discovered they were being called to carry this as their primary medicine.

What you receive in this training is not a course that was filmed in a studio in a week. This is the living record of 7 years of teaching, refined across 12 cohorts, offered now for the first time as a self-paced cohort experience. Marni Suu Reynolds
Chakras & Sound

Marni is a gifted Sound Healer, Ordained Spiritual Healer & Minister, Certified Mindfulness & Kundalini Teacher, & PhD Candidate in Women’s Spirituality at CIIS. Her dissertation focuses on the emergence of the Divine Feminine in the Aquarian Age through Sacred Arts of Healing, Sound, Nature & Mysticism.

In her masterclass, Marni leads a powerful guided Sound meditation activating the seven chakras through color & frequency, because when light & music are used together, our energy centers are especially activated, resulting in profound & positive change.

Q: When does the training begin & end?
A: We begin together on September 3rd after the Final North Node Lunar Eclipse in Pisces, the sign most deeply associated with Sound & mysticism. This eclipse is amplifying the energy of Sound Healing in a profound way, making this one of the most auspicious moments in years to say yes to this path. Modules drop every Thursday. Every fourth week is an integration week with no new content & no Sound Lab. We complete our journey together on November 19th.

Q: How are the modules delivered?
A: All modules are pre-recorded & delivered through your private student portal. A new module unlocks every Thursday for 3 weeks of each cycle. You can watch at any time that works for you, pause, rewatch & return to the content as many times as you like. You have lifetime access to everything.

Q: What are the Sound Labs?
A: The Sound Labs are live sessions on Zoom where we gather with our instruments, you at home with yours & me with mine, to practice techniques, ask questions & receive real-time feedback on your playing. They are available to Level 2 & VIP students only. Sound Lab dates: September 15th, October 5th, November 3rd, & November 24th at 10am HST (find your time zone conversion here). Usually Sound Labs are around 2 hours. All Labs are recorded & replays will be available in your student portal.

Q: What if I can’t attend a Sound Lab live?
A: No problem at all. All Sound Labs will be recorded & uploaded to your student portal so you can watch the replay. You are also welcome to submit questions ahead of time & I will answer them during the call.

Q: What is the Telegram chat for VIP students?
A: VIP students receive access to a private Telegram chat with Rakai’el throughout the full 12 weeks of the program, available during normal business hours. This is a space to ask questions, share recordings of your practice, receive feedback & feel held between your 1:1 sessions.

Q: What is the difference between Level 1 & Level 2?
A: Level 1 gives you access to all 10 modules, the 4 guest teacher masterclasses, the instrument sourcing guide & the full cohort experience. Level 2 includes everything in Level 1 plus access to the 4 live Sound Labs with Rakai’el. The VIP includes everything from Level 2 + 3 private 1:1 sessions with Rakai’el plus private Telegram access throughout the journey.

Q: Do I need sound healing instruments to join?
A: For Level 1, you can begin without instruments & use the instrument sourcing guide included with your enrollment to start building your sound family. For Level 2, we recommend having at least 3 to 5 instruments before our first Sound Lab on September 15th so you can participate fully.

Q: What instruments do you teach about?
A: Crystal singing bowls, crystal lyre/harp, gong, crystal pyramid, tuning forks, koshi chimes, bells, drums, flute, rattles, rainsticks, ocean drum & practitioner crystal singing bowls. You are welcome to participate with a didgeridoo, Tibetan bowls or handpan, I just won’t be demonstrating those specifically.

Q: Are your bowls 432 or 440hz?
A: My bowls are 432 Hz, which is resonant with the natural harmonics of the Earth & our bodies. I strongly recommend 432 Hz instruments. As soon as you enroll you will receive my instrument sourcing guide with all the details on what to buy & where.

Q: I have no sound healing experience at all, is this for me?
A: Yes. This training welcomes all levels, from the completely Sound curious to the seasoned ceremonial facilitator. The first modules & your instrument sourcing guide will meet you exactly where you are.

Q: I am already a professional Sound Healer, will I benefit?
A: Absolutely. Many of our most transformed students came in with years of experience. The ceremonial architecture, the Astrological integration & the shamanic layers of this training go places most sound healing trainings never touch. You know if you are called.

Q: I took the original Shamanic Star Sound course, is this for me?
A: If you completed the original 8-week course, there is so much new & expanded material here that this will feel like a completely new experience. We warmly welcome you back. If you completed the Shamanic Star Sound Certification, this training covers material you have already moved through in depth, and we would encourage you to trust your inner guidance on whether a return feels aligned for you at this time.

Q: Will I receive a certificate of completion?
A: A digital certificate of completion can be made available upon request. To receive yours, you would simply need to demonstrate that you have moved through all of the material. Details on how to submit your completion will be shared inside the student portal.

Q: How much time per week should I expect to spend?
A: Plan for roughly 2 to 4 hours per week to move through the module content & integration practices. The integration weeks are designed to give you breathing room. If you would like to deepen your practice further by playing your instruments regularly or offering practice Sound Healing ceremonies on Zoom or Instagram Live, plan for a little additional time beyond that. The more you practice, the more confident you will feel.

Q: Is this training only for women?
A: Not at all. Shamanic Star Sound is open to anyone & everyone who resonates with the sacred medicine of Sound. We need as many Keepers of Frequency as possible on this planet right now.

Q: Is this a course on Shamanism?
A: Although some of what I share is shamanic in nature & drawn from my mentorship with a Shaman, this is not a training in Shamanism. If you are interested in pursuing formal studies in Shamanism, I recommend connecting with my teacher Erica Sandstedt or another practitioner who has trained extensively with the appropriate elders.

Q: What is your refund policy?
