The Lineage
For 5 years, from 2016-2020, I guided over 500 women how to share their gifts authentically on Instagram, first as The Energetics of Instagram, then as Insta Prosperity, & now it has evolved into Let Your Magic Out. The names have changed with every season I have moved through, but the truth underneath them never has.
I know this from the inside out. During my own Uranus Opposition, when the anxiety & the uncertainty & the physical symptoms were at their most intense, I did not wait until I had it figured out. I picked up my phone & recorded myself talking, piecing together what became an unofficial podcast, 15-minute reels born entirely from needing to get the energy out of me. That single act of sharing the messy middle eventually led me to create Cyclical Living for Mystical Women (a course helping women in Midlife align with their own seasons & cycles). And in the most recent session of that circle, 3 different women told me they felt ready to start sharing again. To step out of the shadows of their process. To make their creative contribution. I am not the same teacher I was when I first created the Energetics of Instagram. About Me
I know what it feels like to be in the middle of something you can’t quite explain.
To sense that everything is shifting, that the woman you were is dissolving, but you have no map for where you are going. To move through something so profound & so disorienting that you almost miss the gifts that are emerging within you.
I have been walking alongside people through their most transformative moments for over 14 years, first as a Licensed Acupuncturist in San Francisco, supporting patients through physical, emotional & spiritual shifts, then as an Astrologer, Human Design guide & teacher of the Gene Keys, & for 8 years as the founder of the Lemurian School of Remembering, where I mentored hundreds of people from across the world to unlock their gifts & remember who they truly are, including over 500 women I guided through The Energetics of Instagram & Insta Prosperity between 2016 & 2020, helping them find their voices, cultivate their authentic expression & let their magic out.
I have just emerged from my own Uranus Opposition, & I am still integrating everything it alchemized in me. I do not teach this from the other side of having figured it all out. FAQ
Are the classes held online or in person?
Entirely online. You can join from anywhere in the world.
What if I can’t make the live classes?
All three live classes will be recorded & posted in your Student Portal within 24 hours. While we encourage you to attend live when possible, we understand that life has its own timing. The magic does transmit through the replay.
Do I need to know Astrology, Human Design or Gene Keys to participate?
Not at all. I will explain everything you need as we move through it together. Total beginners in all three systems are warmly welcome.
Is this only for women in midlife?
Let Your Magic Out is designed with women in midlife at its heart, but any woman who feels the call to unlock her voice, find her soul group & use Instagram as a tool for her own becoming is warmly welcome here. Whether you are in your 30s, your 40s, your 50s or beyond, if this is speaking to you, it is speaking to you for a reason. Trust that.
What if I have never posted on Instagram before, or barely use it?
This is actually a beautiful place to begin. You will leave Module 2 already posting, with a simple & sustainable foundation that grows with you across the entire journey.
What if I have been posting for years but feel stuck or lost?

I’m not very tech savvy & find Instagram confusing. Is this still for me?
This is exactly why Module 2 exists. We go through everything step by step, from stories & reels to photos & Canva carousels, in a way that is accessible regardless of your technical experience. You do not need to be tech savvy to let your magic out.
I don’t have a business. Is this still for me?
Absolutely. This is not a course about building a business on Instagram. It is about using Instagram as a tool for your own creative expression, self-discovery & connection with your soul group, whether or not you have anything to sell.
How does the Telegram group work?
