Cyclical Living for Mystical Women is a 10-week sacred journey for the woman who wants to feel free & empowered to follow her inner cycles, so she can bring forth her gifts in deeply authentic ways during this time of change.
This is not a course. It is a living ceremony of personal and collective awakening.
As women, we are naturally cyclical in nature. We move like the breath, like the ocean, in tune with the rhythmic cycles of life & death, expansion & contraction. Our modern lives have tried to convince us that this is wrong or “unproductive.”
It’s time to remember our power through cyclical living.
We are standing at the edge of one of the greatest cycle changes in history. An old reality is dying, while the new paradigm is yet unformed. Just as we hold space for death each month in our moon cycles, we also know how to hold space for the old reality as it takes its final breaths. Our bodies innately know how to give birth. Who better than us to unlock the codes for birthing a new reality into being?
We are moving through a powerful mutation that culminates in 2027. And if you are a woman moving through your midlife initiation at this time, you are also moving through your own powerful mutation, here to play an important part in this shift. This is not a time of decline. Your Higher Self knows this is the time to harness your energy and bring your gifts fully online.

*Cyclical Living is for women in any stage of life. If you’re in your 30s, you’ll definitely want to know about the coming shift when you enter Midlife. If you’re in your 40s, you already know about the radical, mystical initiation that occurs during this time, and how supportive it would be to be held in community during this wild time. If you’re in your 50s or beyond, learning to align with the new cycles that come after midlife can be deeply empowering.
Oftentimes, when we enter a new cycle, it can be confusing and disorienting, even scary at first. But every cycle has patterns we can recognize. “There are even signposts in the void,” as one of my students says.
There’s a lot of fire in the air this year, and it’s important to have spaces designed to help you ground the energies, nourish your nervous system, and anchor into your own natural cycles amidst all the shifts.

This is for the Woman who…
- Feels something shifting deep within her, even if she can’t quite name it yet. She knows she is in the middle of something big, and she wants to be held while it unfolds.
- Is moving through a powerful initiation, whether that’s her Saturn Return (age 30), Uranus Opposition (mid-40s), Chiron Return (age 50), or simply a season of deep personal transformation, and wants to understand the mystical meaning behind what she’s experiencing.

We all move through our own unique cycles & seasons, independent from the general seasons, and the Astrological seasons.
For example, my 12th House Season falls in Sagittarius season, so while the general description of Sagittarius season is outgoing, adventurous, taking trips, learning, etc., for me, it’s a time of deep introspection and the inner excavation of subconscious beliefs that no longer serve.
Knowing about our different seasons & cycles can help us manage our expectations and not think our experience is wrong or that we should be doing something differently.
Knowing and honoring your unique cycles & seasons is a deeper level of self love.
OUR JOURNEY
We will be together for 10-12 weeks with 5 sessions spread out every other week. Our journey is intentionally spacious and deep, with plenty of space for your nervous system to land.
Our class times are set to start at 10am Hawaii Time *(estimated start time). Our journey begins on Monday, May 4th. (please confirm your corresponding time zone here).
*As an Emotional Projector, I honor my body’s timing. All of our clases will be recorded, and you’ll always be notified in advance if a class might be rescheduled. Our gatherings will always be on Mondays.

Think of this experience as sitting beneath a big shade tree surrounded by sisters and lush, fragrant flowers, with a cool stream flowing nearby. You will learn many things, but more than that, it’s about the experience of moving through cycles together. Our sessions are held between New Moons & Full Moons to give you time & space to feel the energies and receive support in navigating them.
- Daily cycles: Learning how to open & close the ceremony of the day and different events throughout the day without losing energy.
- Moon cycles: Tracking the moon through your chart and noticing your experiences. Knowing when to go for it and put yourself out there, and when it’s best to rest & retreat (beyond your menstrual cycle).
- Menstrual cycles: For those sisters still bleeding, making space for the mystical experience of your body’s monthly release changes everything. How to create special rituals to honor your blood, how to learn from your deeper, truer self during this time. We’ll also weave in Star Family wisdom from the Pleiadians about this time of our lives.
- Astrological Seasons: Every year, we all move through our own unique Astrological seasons. Learning how to notice and accommodate these subtle shifts is deeply empowering. When it’s your Astrological Summer, it’s important to blossom, and when it’s your Astrological Winter, it’s important to rest. When we aren’t in alignment with these cycles, burnout can happen faster & hit harder.
- Human Design Seasons: Similar to Astrology, we also have our own unique Seasons in Human Design that are essential to pay attention to in order to heal our relationship with our bodies. When you’re in your Human Design winter, your body is more advanced than your mind, so slowing down & practicing embodiment at this time helps our energy be more sustainable throughout the year.
- Life Cycles: Throughout our lifetime, we all move through some very potent Planetary Rites of Passage. Learning how to navigate these sometimes challenging times can transform our lives for good.
- Saturn Return (when you turn 30): Taking responsibility for yourself.
- Uranus Opposition (aka the “Midlife Crisis” in your mid-40s): Liberating yourself from patterns that no longer serve your most vibrant life.
- Chiron Return (when you turn 50): Becoming a wise, well-healed Role Model for younger generations.
- We’ll also talk about the other Astrological cycles that happen around midlife that sometimes make things feel confusing or like we’re going through some type of a death & rebirth.
*Due to my Right Minded nature (I’ll explain what this means), our journey will be very fluid and adapted to the needs of the group. We will absolutely cover everything above, and the information is meant to be supportive, but the real focus is on being in our bodies as we experience moving through the cyclical energies together.

ABOUT ME
I know what it feels like to be in the middle of something you can’t quite explain.
To sense that everything is shifting, that the woman you were is dissolving, but you have no map for where you’re going. To move through something so profound and so disorienting that you almost miss the gifts that are quietly emerging within you.
That was me during my Uranus Opposition, the powerful Astrological initiation that visits us all in our mid-40s. For women, it often gets cloaked in Perimenopause, and so many of us move through this mystical rite of passage without ever understanding what is truly happening. What I really wished I had during that time was a group of women who were also in it, or who had already emerged on the other side, to remind me that I wasn’t falling apart. I was growing wings.
That longing is exactly why I created this experience.
I’ve been walking alongside people through their most transformative moments for over 14 years, first as a Licensed Acupuncturist in San Francisco, supporting patients through physical, emotional, and spiritual shifts, and then as an Astrologer, Human Design guide, and teacher of the Gene Keys. I’ve been studying Astrology since 1998, and for 8 years I mentored hundreds of people from across the world through the Lemurian School of Remembering, helping them unlock their gifts and remember who they truly are.
This work is the most personal thing I’ve ever created. Because I’ve lived it. And I know that when women move through these initiations together, held in community and guided by the wisdom of their own cycles, something truly miraculous becomes possible.

Q: What if I decide I don’t want to take the course after I sign up? What is your refund policy?
