Before we get into the New Moon, I want to point out that right now, until the exact time of the New Moon (listed below), we are in the Dark Moon phase. At this time, you might be feeling all kinds of chaotic thoughts & feelings. Ā This New Moon is sitting with Chiron, the Wounded Healer, and so you may be battling your shadows from the past before you really begin to feel the spark & fresh start that the New Moon will bring.
There is the potential that this time can bring powerful changes that feel like a āhard leftā (I know I’m feeling this as I navigate the final phase of my Uranus Opposition). Ā

New Moons always represent some type of new beginning, and this one is extra special.
This is the very first Aries New Moon that has not been part of an Eclipse since 2022!
Since April 2022, your energy, passion, drive & motivation in a particular area of your life have been undergoing a deep transformational process (with all of the eclipses in Aries).Ā Think of the intentions you set now as the sparks that will grow into a roaring bonfire. Just like when you build a fire, the beginning must be done very intentionally for the fire to last.
The most important question you can ask yourself now is: What do I truly desire for my life?
This is the first opportunity we’ve had in 4 years to set clear intentions around the desires of our hearts, how we want to use our creative energy, and what we are willing to fight for.
At the time of the New Moon, we also have 7 planets in Aries: The Sun, Moon, Mercury, Mars, Saturn, Chiron, and Neptune.Ā This indicates that a very specific area of your life is undergoing a powerful & deep reset.
And with all the planets currently in Direct motion, the New Beginnings you make at this time will have lots of momentum during the next 6 months.Ā

- Chiron is known as the Wounded Healer, but is also the Master Teacher. Chiron has been fully anchored in Aries since February 2019, so this is an energy we are familiar with. In the sign of Aries, Chiron has been bringing deep healing to the masculine energies within & around us. This is part of the reason we’re seeing so many shadows of the masculine coming to the surface now (war, violence, oppression, walls, sexual violence, etc). It’s like a healing crisis, where it gets worse before it gets better.
- On a personal level, since 2020, with so much uncertainty in the world, many of us have developed a complicated relationship with ambition, and many of our desires have gotten put on the shelf or atrophied altogether. Chiron, conjunct the Aries New Moon, brings a deep healing & a fresh start for all of us in this department.Ā

Around the time of this New Moon, you may feel yourself caught in the feeling of chaos, but before you give in or give up, ask what needs to be changed or rearranged in innovative new ways.Ā
Aries is the energy of the first spring flowers that pierce the frozen ground to make way for the more tender flowers of Taurus to come after. This New Moon might ask you to be brave & courageous as you pierce through the frozen ground of your old habits & ways of thinking, rising to the occasion as the Spiritual Warrior, fighting for the life you truly desire.
- Spend some time reflecting on how your life has transformed since April of 2022.Ā
- This new moon is the reset you’ve been praying for, but to fully take advantage of it, you have to get clear on what you truly desire in your life.Ā
